Sorry it has been so long since I last wrote. My life has been a little busy with all the "ooking", watching "Elbo" and visiting friends. Mama is helping me write this because she found out about my "secret" blog. I swear that mothers know everything. Mama says it helps that she is a mother and a teacher.
Anyway, we celebrated Mama's 29th birthday last week. I was feeling pretty bad because I didn't have anything to give to her. I thought really hard and I came up with the perfect idea. I sat through dinner and was very careful not to give my surprise away. When Daddy was getting me cleaned up after eating, I started saying "poop". I didn't stop until they put me on the potty. Can you guess what I did? I pooped! On the potty! Mama was screaming and ran and got me a Hershey Kiss. You would have thought that I wrote a Bestseller! Mama was smiling a lot and seemed really proud of me. She said it was the best birthday gift she had ever had.
Since my birthday poop I have pooped once more and peed twice on the potty. My track record was really good... until this morning. Mama made me pancakes for breakfast and then put me on my Elmo potty. I didn't do anything, but it is really her fault because she didn't read me a book. We went in my room to get a new diaper and I peed on the floor. I am embarrassed to say this, but my carpet is green and I got a little confused, thinking it was grass. Mama had to try hard not to laugh, but I heard a little giggle sneak out.
I guess that's all for now. I'll try harder to write more often.
